Hyundai India started taking reservations for the Exter earlier today for Rs. 11,000 in advance of its upcoming debut.

The automaker has also shown off the outside of the B-SUV, which will compete with vehicles 

A 1.2-liter Kappa petrol engine will power the Exter, the brand's SUV that will be available below the Venue.

This motor is anticipated to produce 114Nm of torque and 82bhp.

There will also be a CNG variant, which is anticipated to produce 95Nm of torque and 68bhp of power.

A five-speed manual gearbox is included as standard, although an AMT is also an option.

The petrol-powered Exter will come in seven different configurations: EX, EX(O), S, S(O), SX, and SX(O) Connect. 

Only the S and SX models will be available in the CNG version.
